China's Tujia ethnic minority group celebrates traditional 'early new year'

The Tujia ethnic minority group in Laifeng County of central China's Hubei Province spent a mini-holiday preceding the Spring Festival some ten days later, with unique local folk customs performance and other activities in a festive atmosphere bringing together nearly 1,000 people to celebrate the festival.
